Sleep / Rest

I listened to Yoga Nidhra when I had 20minutes to spare. Get comfortable, close your eyes and listen, it should quiet your mind and taking deep breaths enables your body and mind to rest. There are many you can choose from on YouTube.

Take rest when you feel you want to, forget the dishes, ironing, cooking (unless that does relax you) just make sure you're at least getting some rest slowing your heart rate. I did a lot of deep breathing, in through your nose for 5 and out through your nose for a slow count of 8, it is proven to calm anxiety when it creeps in.
