 Women are an essential component to building strong and productive workplace cultures.

My approach is to help cultivate this in your female employees, see them thrive in the workplace, whilst recognising the important job they hold in their home.

With the on-going pandemic impact on mother's mental wellbeing in the workplace I provide a safe space to connect and support your female leaders through these challenging times.

Together we focus on two main things:

Firstly we dive into their mental load, uncovering and finding new ways to find balance.


Then from this place of balance awareness and shifts made, we look at their existing skills, achievements, limiting beliefs and work on their inner system to help them grow as female leaders.

Women raising children pay a ‘motherhood penalty’ in underemployment, slower career progression, and lower lifetime earnings.

The increased burden of unpaid childcare, borne by mothers and women raising children during the pandemic, was a key driver of the disproportionate effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on women’s employment outcomes overall. Juggling paid work with these additional demands caused women raising children to reduce their contribution to the labour market, and in some cases leave the workforce altogether.
